Colosseum


Colosseum is a gladiatorial arena with a large performance venue called Flavian Amphitheater. The Colosseum is designed to accommodate 50,000 spectators. The Colosseum is the venue for a spectacular show, a fight between animals, a battle between prisoners and animals, the execution of prisoners, a water fight by flooding the arena, and a battle between the gladiators. For hundreds of years, it was estimated that thousands of people and animals died at the Coliseum.
